Victor visited Mufumbwe in the Northeast Province to look into a possible honey project. As you know, we tried to help Joshua set up a beekeeping operation, but Joshua lost his land.
While visiting Mufumbwe, Victor stopped at Kikonge School to talk to the Teachers about perhaps doing a project with COPE. For those who think Chilupula is remote, try to find Mufumwe on Google Maps! There are even fewer resources, but it turns out the area is ideal for bees. If a money making operation can be combined with a school, it can provide funds to allow the school to expand its offerings to students.
After returning to Lusaka, Victor left again for Mwachilele School to set up the Skype system. Hopefully it is working. We will report back soon.
